Adrian Scott is Founder and CEO of CoderBuddy.com, which is revolutionizing software development, making it dramatically simpler -- something you can do just using your web browser. CoderBuddy initially is focused on the Google App Engine hosting environment and the Python language.
Adrian is a pioneer of social networking, having founded the Ryze business networking service, which was a major influence on Friendster, which in turn influenced MySpace and Facebook. He previously cofounded Flycode, a peer-to-peer video startup which raised nearly $4 million in funding from Silicon Valley and Hollywood investors.
Adrian was a founding investor in Napster, and also was an angel investor in Giganet, acquired by Emulex, and BuyDirect.com, acquired by Beyond.com, as well as advisor to Starmine, acquired by Thomson Reuters, and Plaxo, acquired by Comcast.
Adrian previously provided technical consulting to major financial and high-technology corporations including Hewlett-Packard, Symantec, Bank of America, and Charles Schwab & Co.
Adrian earned a Ph.D. in Mathematics at age 20 from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute. He was a contributing author to 6 technical Internet books, and contributed to various technical publications.
In his artistic activities, he has sung with Placido Domingo, performed with the New York City Ballet, and recently acted in a feature film selected for the Sundance Film Festival's International Drama Competition, "The Wind and the Water". -

Konstantin Guericke is an entrepreneur who was most recently CEO of jaxtr, a social communications start-up with over ten million registered users that was purchased by SabSe Technologies in June 2009.
In addition to serving on the boards of several startups and working on his next project, Konstantin continues to advise LinkedIn on the company’s activities in the German market. Before jaxtr, Konstantin co-founded LinkedIn and as vice president of marketing led the company’s marketing activities from launch to first six million members and profitability. Prior to LinkedIn, Konstantin served as vice president of marketing at Presenter.com and as vice president of sales and marketing for Black Sun Interactive, a pioneer in 3-D social software at the dawn of the web.
Konstantin graduated from Stanford University with a B.S. and M.S. in engineering. Konstantin has lived, studied and worked in Asia as well as the United States and Europe. -

Barney Pell, Ph.D. is currently Chief Architect for Local Search at Bing, Microsoft’s new search engine. Beyond local search, he helps influence vision and technology strategy for Microsoft in the core areas of search, semantic and linguistic technology.
Dr. Pell is also Associate Founder and Trustee of the Singularity University (SU), a new university created to educate leaders for life in a future driven by accelerating technological change. SU has recently completed its seventh successful Executive Program and its second annual Graduate Summer Program, which trained 80 top postgraduate students selected from over 2000 applicants worldwide.
He also serves as an active angel investor, advisor or board member to several startup companies and nonprofits. Recent active angel investments and advisory positions include: Getaround, Robotex, Halcyon Molecular, SpaceX, SpeakWithMe, and CrowdFlower. Recent startups that have had successful exits include: Appjet (acquired by Google), Aardvark (acquired by Google), Hot Potato (acquired by Facebook), Etacts (acquired by SalesForce.com), and Movity (acquired by Trulia).
Dr. Pell was a technology leader at NASA, managing an organization responsible for innovation in autonomous systems, human-centered computing, spoken dialog systems, search, collaboration, and the semantic web. Highlights of innovations during Dr. Pell’s career at NASA include the development of the Remote Agent, the first AI system to fly onboard a deep space probe; mission critical software to support planning and science collaboration for the Mars Exploration Rovers mission; and Clarissa, the first spoken dialog system in space.
Dr. Pell has served as a principal of several internet software companies. He was Founder and CEO of Powerset, a natural-language based search engine acquired by Microsoft in 2008. Powerset’s search engine read each sentence in Wikipedia and answered user queries in plain English. He was Vice President of Strategy for Whizbang! Labs, a pioneer in machine learning and natural language processing for search engines. Whizbang was most well-known for creation of the Flipdog job search engine, acquired by Monster.com. And he was Chief Strategist and Vice-President of Business Development for StockMaster.com, a provider of internet-based stock-market analysis tools, which was acquired by Red Herring Communications.
Dr. Pell received his Ph.D. in Computer Science from Cambridge University, where he was a Marshall Scholar, and his B.S. degree in Symbolic Systems from Stanford University, where he graduated Phi Beta Kappa and was a National Merit Scholar. -

An accomplished entrepreneur, investor, board member and advisor, Daniel currently works on new products at Google. In his role at Google, Daniel works with product managers and engineers to bring products to market, drive deals with key partners, and identify and execute on high impact startup acquisition opportunities for the company.
Daniel has been a Founder, CEO, and business operator of a number of technology focused companies. His most recent company, AppJet, focused on building real-time collaboration software and was bought by Google in 2009. Prior to that, Daniel was the Founder/CEO of a multi-national company which provided educational products and solutions in East Asia and the U.S.
A Rhodes Scholar at Oxford, Daniel’s doctoral work explored social networking technologies-- both the design and implications-- at a time when Friendster, not Facebook, was the most well known online social network. Daniel graduated Phi Beta Kappa with Honors with both a Bachelor’s and Master’s Degree from Yale University, winning the top prize for his thesis on direct democracy and being named one of the 20 top scholars by USA Today. Daniel played professional tennis and was also an NCAA Academic-All American as a member of the varsity tennis team at Yale. -

Jovan Protic started his career in the company Ringier, on the position of assistant director in Sales department. For the following 5 years he got promoted to several executive positions in the same company. He was a member of the team that started publishing free daily newspapers "24 sata" (24 hours) in 2006. By the end of 2008. he becomes publishing director for "24 sata" and a member of executive board in this company. After the crisis in 2008. the team led by Jovan Protić managed to stabilize "24 sata", double the profit and as a result, these newspapers became one of the most successful free newspapers in Europe. He continues his career taking over a division of digital publications, and becomes a director for digital media for "24 sata" newspapers and special editions. This was a very successful period for the company: "blic.rs" website was redesigned, and becomes the most visited website in Serbia, site "zena.rs" started in june 2009. and now is the most popular portal for women in the contry; in april 2010. site "e-trgovina" was launched, followed by tne travel portal "superodmor.rs" in july 2010, and "pulsonline.rs" by th end of 2010. With such portfolio, Ringier Axel Springer became the leading Internet company in the country. In the begining of 2011, Jovan Protić became a director of Internet publishing and eCommerce business, and has responsibility for overall digital publishing and regional expansion of the company Ringier Axel Springer.
Jovan Protić was born on May 16th 1982. He graduated at the Faculty for Organisational sciences, University in Belgrade, in 2005. He continued his studies at MBA studies of the Sheffield university, where he graduated with the thesis "Attitudes towards Internet publishing among publishers in Serbia" in 2011. -

Aleksandar Cabrilo graduated at the Faculty for Electrotechnical engineering at University in Belgrade. After graduation he worked for Dutch company Silicon Hive, which is semiconductor industry IP provider, a Philips research spin-off, recently acquired by Intel Corporation. After returning to Serbia, he founded HTEC and have specialized for business development, fund raising and negotiations with foreign organizations.
